Recommendations for Different Performance Categories

Good
You are better than an average person and may even have the flexibility of an athlete. Apart from handling matters in daily life and work, you are more capable of engaging activities requiring higher degree of flexibility. Keep it up! Advanced level:
Stretch major joints and muscles to the point of moderate tightness for about 15-60 seconds each time. Perform 2-4 repetitions for each joint. It may take at least 15-30 minutes per day on 3-5 days in a week.
Average /
Below average
Within acceptable level. You are capable of handling matters in daily life and work but there is still room for improvement. You should have more stretching exercise before and after you engage in manual work or take an exercise.
Beginner level:
Stretch major joints and muscles to the point of moderate tightness for about 10-15 seconds each time. Perform 2 repetitions for each joint. It may takes least 10-15 minutes per day on 2-3 days in a week.
Well below average Well below the average level. Although you are capable of handling matters in daily life and work, you should have more stretching exercise in daily life to increase flexibility. You should also maintain a proper posture at work.
